Changes

You have the right to change and refund within 14 working days from the day of receipt of your parcel.

In the case of the 1st change, you return the parcel back to us completely FREE of charge, with ELTA CURIER PORTA PORTA PORTA and our own charge, to our company’s details.

The product must not have been used, i.e. it must be in perfect condition, just as it was before its sale, in its original packaging (without damage, tears or alterations) with all its contents.

Also, in order for the product change to be accepted, the original proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) must be present.

After the quality control of the product has been carried out, the company contacts the customer and after consultation, the process of change is completed by sending the new parcel back to you.

Refund of Money

In the case of a refund, the shipping costs are your responsibility. Alternatively, we suggest that you send back the parcel exclusively with ELTA KURIER PORTA PORTA PORTA at our charge and when you return the money, the amount of 5€ (i.e. the shipping costs) will be deducted from the original value of the products. After the company receives your parcel, it will contact you to collect the necessary information required for the refund.

CYPRUS

For Cyprus the shipping costs are 10€ (for parcels up to 2kg). In case the customer wishes to change or return a product, it is carried out by ordinary mail or courier chosen by the customer, as the shipping costs in any case are his own.
